Group Travel Housing Bureau
The BCVB serves as a housing bureau by assisting groups in securing discounted group rates at local hotels. Also, the BCVB can supply you with ideas and information to make your visit unique. Housing bureau services must be requested at least three months in advance.
Step-On Guide Arrangements
With one call the Bristol Convention and Visitors Bureau can assist your group in finding a step-on guide. Step-on guides rates range depending on group needs.
Site Visits
The BCVB will arrange appointments for your personal inspection of accommodation and attraction sites. Five business days notice is appreciated.
Promotional Assistance
The BCVB has a wide variety of promotional aids available to assist you in promoting the Bristol area as your next tour destination. Literature, photography, and a promotional CD Rom of the Bristol area is available.
Familiarization Tours
The BCVB periodically arrange FAM tours to the Bristol area. If you are interested in participating, please contact the Bureau at (423) 989 - 4850.
