Music and the Arts of the region showcases the hertiage and culture that is Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.
Virginia's Heritage Music Trail: The Crooked Road - the 250-mile driving trail winds through the southwest Virginia countryside. Bristol is one of the seven major music hubs along the way. The trail includes some of the most significant sites in the history of American country music. Each venue gives the visitor a chance to enjoy the sounds of the area including Bristol TN/VA, the birthplace of country music.
Round the Mountain - links you to art and craft studios, wineries, galleries, agritourism sites, and other points of interest in Southwest Virginia. Bristol is a part of the Countryside Trail.
Arts Alliance Mountain Empire - an arts council formed as a service organizaiton for artists, arts organizations and other cultrual endeavors throughout the Mountain Empire.
