Music in Historic Downtown
Put on your toe-tappin’ shoes and head to historic downtown Bristol, where you can hear live performances and jam sessions year-round at a variety of venues. Along with the annual music festival Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion every September, check out these regular downtown musical events:
• Downtown Center Concerts take place every Tuesday and Thursday night, from May through October. Admission is free.
• Tunes at Noon series takes place on Fridays from mid-June to mid-August at the Paramount Center for the Arts. For a small donation you can hear a variety of performers.
• Border Bash begins at 6 p.m. on select Friday nights from May to September. The event includes children’s activities, craft vendors, concessions, and live music. See events calendar for schedule.
• Music & Movies in the Park is every Thursday in July at the Veterans-Cumberland Square Park. Concerts are at 6:30 and family-oriented movies at 8:45.

The Arts in Historic Downtown
Historic Downtown Bristol offers a variety of fine art galleries, and performing arts venues such as Paramount Center for the Arts and Theatre Bristol.
Family Fun

At any given time you can find buskers (street performers) in historic downtown Bristol at various "Busk Stops". The art form dates back to ancient times and has been a part of every major culture in the world.
